Once we have your vision, we'll start designing, brainstorming and planning to bring your vision to life. Leave all of the work to us. But just to give you an idea of the items we often handle, here is what a Full Event Planner Package can look like:
*Includes 12 hour+ on-site time on day of event: load in to load out
*Includes 3-4 in-person meetings + rehearsal & unlimited calls & emails
*Includes help finding vendors, location, caterer, florist, photographer, DJ, etc and price negotiation & contract review between the different vendors as well as budget planning
*Includes designing your save-the-dates, invitations, name cards, programs, menus, website and any other physical design
*Includes all aspects of design & planning: help with floral design, décor planning, ceremony design, chair and table design/rentals, floor plan design, timeline design and anything else you might need help with for planning and design
*Includes duties of Day of Event Coordinator but not limited to setting up basic décor, making sure all deliveries arrive and are correct, coordinating with vendors, setting up floor plan, running timeline, packing up items at the end of the night and much more!
