*Includes a 12 hour on-site time
*Includes 2 in-person meetings + unlimited calls & emails
*Includes assistance with some of the following planning aspects: Designing a timeline. Designing a floorplan. Contacting a vendor for package options/price negotiation. Helping a vendor plan their role for your event/working with a staffing company to execute catering needs. Working with a catering company to help them during the planning process including rental orders, menu options, set up, etc. Helping with floral décor or other décor items. Designing invitations, programs, menus, save-the-dates, RSVP collection, escort cards and much more!
*Includes duties of Day of Event Coordinator but not limited to setting up basic décor, making sure all deliveries arrive and are correct, coordinating with vendors, setting up floor plan, running timeline, packing up items at the end of the night and much more!
