“My daughter had her stunning wedding at the Foundry in LIC. She hired Blossom and then due to Covid the dates were changed twice. Blossom never stopped working. I could literally write 20 pages to tell you how INCREDIBLE they are! Thank heaven we hired Blossom!! They got to know my daughter and what she wanted. Prior to the wedding, they met us in Manhattan to choose the tables, chairs, tableware, etc. (The Foundry is a venue, not a catering hall, so you need to choose and provide everything!). They had zoom meetings with us to organize the schedule from hair and makeup for everyone ,to photos and rehearsal to wedding party intro, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet throwing and absolutely everything in between. Prior to the wedding they contacted every single vendor (florist, bakery, caterer, hair stylists, makeup artists, DJ, officiant, etc.) to make sure everything was done and delivered on time!! Honestly I do not know how they did it all. Alexandra and team was also beyond lovely to work with. She is supportive from start to finish and NEVER got flustered. A total PRO.”
